A separate living and media area provides another comfortable gathering space and features the home's television, keeping the primary living spaces focused on the architecture, views, and desert surroundings. The expansive 600-square-foot primary suite is a private retreat of its own, featuring a king bed, fireplace, sitting area, and dedicated wet bar with glassware. The large ensuite bath features a premium full-function bidet with automated controls. The suite offers direct access to the pool as well as a separate exterior entrance opening to an outdoor sitting area overlooking the golf course. Please request pool heating at least 24 hours before arrival so we can have it warm and ready for your stay. The attached spa is heated at no additional charge and available year-round. • Quiet Neighborhood: Wexler on Lakeside is located in a peaceful residential neighborhood with many full-time residents. Parties, events, large gatherings, and excessive noise are not permitted. We ask that guests enjoy the home while being considerate of our neighbors. • Parking: A maximum of 4 vehicles may be parked in the driveway or directly in front of the home. Please do not park in front of neighboring homes or block sidewalks or driveways. • Occupancy: Maximum overnight occupancy is 8 guests, plus up to 2 children under age 12, in accordance with applicable Palm Springs vacation rental regulations. The living room sectional can accommodate the additional children but is not a traditional sleeper sofa. • No Pets: Pets are not permitted, except as required by applicable law for service animals. • Palm Springs Vacation Rental Regulations: Guests are required to comply with City of Palm Springs vacation rental regulations, including quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 10:00 AM.
